Policy Pipeline LLC (“Policy Pipeline,” “we,” “us”) provides insurance leads to licensed insurance agents. This policy applies to Policypipeline.net and the services we provide to agents. Consumers who request insurance information through our consumer websites, including Protection Path, are covered by the privacy policy posted on those websites.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up, book a call or contact us, we may collect:
• Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and business address
• Business and licensing details, such as your agency name, license number, NPN and the states you’re licensed in
• Your lead preferences, such as lead types, volume and delivery method
• Billing information. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]; we do not store full card numbers.
• Messages and records of your communications with us
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and similar usage information through cookies and similar technologies.

5. Text messages and calls

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
